T-V1055S line rail type vertical machining center is a small and medium size machine tool, the workpiece can be automatically and continuously finished after a clamping milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes, the machine tool is suitable for small and medium-sized box type, plate type, disk type, valve type, shell type, mold and other complex parts of multi-species of small and medium batch processing. The machine adopts high precision linear rail and ball screw, the machine has better dynamic responsiveness, can achieve high speed cutting, low speed without crawling, in precision parts, 5G products, hardware, auto parts, medical equipment industry is widely used.

  • The structure of the whole machine is fixed column type, cross slide structure. The machine body adopts a large solid base and high rigidity of large span herringbone column, so that the high-speed cutting does not vibrate and does not deform.
  • All the big parts of the foundation are made of high quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material casting, so that the machine tool can get high rigidity and stable accuracy.
  • Three axes guide rail adopts roller line rail to carry, high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
  • C3 grade filament rod with pre-stretch structure to eliminate partial thermal extension and self-lubrication for filament rod bearings to extend bearing life.
  • The tool magazine adopts Taikan’s 24-blade arm type tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance.
  • The spindle adopts Taikan’s high speed spindle unit with BT40-12000r/min direct link head as standard. The front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design with air curtain protection to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
  • Equipped with volumetric and forced lubrication system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine.
  • Machine tool chip removal standard with both sides of the slope after the flushing water chip removal, water tank rear design, automation, humane, high efficiency. Double-layer water tank filtration system structure, providing good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
  • Equipped with high performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system to ensure the stability of the machine control, but also to ensure the user requirements of CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions.
