Product Characteristics

T-856L linear rail type vertical machining center is a small and medium-sized machine tool. The workpiece can automatically and continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, expansion, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after one clamping. The machine tool is suitable for small and medium-sized batch processing of multiple types of complex parts such as small and medium-sized boxes, plates, discs, valves, shells, and molds. The machine tool adopts high-precision line rails and lead screws. The machine tool has better dynamic responsiveness, can realize high-speed cutting, low-speed no creep, and is widely used in precision parts, 5G products, hardware, auto parts, and medical equipment industries.

  • The structure of the whole machine is fixed-column and cross slide structure. The fuselage adopts a super large stable base, high rigidity and large span herringbone column, high-speed cutting without vibration or deformation.
  • The large basic parts are all cast with high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
  • The X and Y axis adopt large-size high-precision roller linear rails, and the Z-axis adopts high-rigidity rectangular hard rails. It combines the high speed of linear rail machines and the high rigidity of hard rail machines, heavy cutting, and good shock absorption.
  • C3 grade ball screw rod with pre-tensioned structure to eliminate part of thermal extension. The ball screw rod bearing adopts self-lubricating to extend the life of the bearing.
  • The tool magazine adopts Taikan’s 24 tool arm type tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance.
  • The spindle adopts Taikan’s high speed spindle unit with BT40-8000r/min belt head. The front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design with air curtain protection to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
  • Equipped with positive displacement and forced lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
  • The chip removal of the machine tool is equipped with slopes on both sides to flush and remove the chips. The design of the rear water tank is automatic, user-friendly and high-efficiency. The double-layer water tank filtering system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
  • Equipped with high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, which ensures the stability of machine tool control, and also guarantees the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.

Working Environment

  • Three-phase AC power supply: 380 V±5%;50 HzV±1 Hz, main power line 8 mm² or larger, ground wire 8 or larger.
  • Ambient temperature :8~40 Cº.
  • Relative humidity :≤80 per cent.
  • Keep away from light source, vibration source and heat source, keep away from high frequency generator, discharge motive, welding machine, etc., avoid electrical interference to make machine tool NC system malfunction.
