Product Characteristics

T-15 vertical machining center, X, Y, Z axis guide rail adopts hardened and ground cast iron guide rail to PTFE plastic veneer. Its characteristics are: small friction coefficient, good shock absorption, low speed without crawling, high rapid positioning accuracy, large contact surface, and strong load-bearing capacity. The main drive adopts a motor-synchronous toothed belt-spindle transmission mode, which enables the spindle to obtain a higher speed and greatly reduces the vibration and noise of the spindle box, which is more conducive to high-speed and high-precision processing. This type of machine tool is widely used in machinery manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other industries to process complex parts such as plates, disks, and shells. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed by milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after one clamping, which is suitable for mass production.

  • The structure of the whole machine is fixed-column and cross sliding table structure. The Y-axis of the machine adopts a four-rail design, which can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing and ensure the processing accuracy.
  • The large basic parts are molded with resin sand and cast with high-strength cast iron materials, which enables the machine tool to obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
  • X, Y, Z axis adopts rectangular hard rail, high rigidity, heavy cutting, good shock absorption.
  • The spindle adopts Taikan’s high speed spindle unit with belt drive BT50-6000rpm spindle as standard, which has high cutting efficiency and can reduce the heat deformation of the spindle.
  • The movement of the headstock (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. Even when moving at a high speed, the counterweight will not shake. The precise ratio of the counterweight to the weight of the spindle box can obtain the best processing characteristics, and the Z-axis drive motor has good load characteristics.
  • The cutting fluid has a large capacity, which can quickly discharge the cutting heat. The front chip removal design is adopted, and the water tank adopts a double tank type and is placed inside the machine to save space.
  • Equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80A CNC system, which ensures the stability of machine tool control, as well as the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.

  • Keep away from light source, vibration source and heat source, keep away from high frequency generator, discharge motive, welding machine, etc., avoid electrical interference to make machine tool NC system malfunction.
