Product Characteristics
G-M2030L profile processing center is used in aluminum profile processing in general industries, such as drilling, tapping, milling, chamfering and non-high-gloss composite processing. Adopting moving beam gantry structure, X-axis travel 3000mm, rack and pinion drive, double drive on both sides; Y-axis (beam) travel 2000mm, screw drive; Z-axis (up and down) travel 600mm, screw drive. The three-axis guide rail adopts precision linear guide rail; BT40 high-rigidity spindle, the spindle adopts precision grade spindle, through the direct-coupled transmission structure, the maximum speed reaches 12000rpm; equipped with manipulator disc 24T tool magazine; semi-closed sheet metal protection prevents cutting fluid from splashing, Three-axis guide rail organ protection.
- The structure of the whole machine is a moving beam gantry structure, an integral workbench, a beam and a column are integrated, a high rigid structure design, high-speed cutting without vibration and deformation.
- The whole machine is semi-enclosed and protected, surrounded by sheet metal frames. The machine tool has a beautiful appearance and is easy to operate and maintain.
- The basic base adopts welding process, and the machine tool obtains high rigidity and stability.
- The three-axis guide rail adopts precision line rail bearing, high rigidity, low friction and low noise.
- Large-diameter precision-grade screw rod with pre-tensioned structure to eliminate part of the thermal extension.
- The tool magazine adopts the Taikan’s 24-arm tool magazine, which is reliable in quality and stable in performance.
- The spindle adopts the high-speed spindle unit of the group, and is equipped with BT40-12000r/min direct coupling as standard. The front end of the spindle adopts a labyrinth design and has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
- Equipped with an automatic lubrication system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool and prolong the service life.
- The chip removal of the machine tool is equipped with double-screw row inside the machine + chain type chip removal machine outside the machine, and a large-volume water tank design. The double-layer water tank filter system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece processing.
