DH-100S Horizontal Machining Center, single workbench large rotary space design, equipped with high torque motorized spindle. It is mainly used in the processing of large box parts, shell parts and complex special-shaped parts. It is widely used in engineering machinery, automobile, energy, information, mold and other industries.

Main structure: Single table, large rotary space, designed for loading large workpieces.
Inverted T type cast iron bed, high rigidity span vertical mobile column ;
Head stock optimizes the radial rib structure to ensure the rigidity when matching the long nose spindle.
XYZ axis: The screw of XYZ axis adopts pre-stretching design to reduce thermal elongation and stabilize machining accuracy.
Rotary Table: High precision cam roller transmission structure rotary table, large span heavy load design.
Spindle: Equipped with BT50 high-speed motorized spindle, max. torque up to 630Nm.
Double winding automatic switching, realize different requirements of high speed and high torque.
Spindle oil-cooling as standard configuration, prevent thermal expansion and stabilize machining accuracy.
